I am a user of apple brand. Apple is a brand of reliability. If you use apples product once then it would be difficult for you to use another product. I love music. I am using the iPod for many years. IPod give you a crystal clear sound. If you want to play the music to the loud speaker you can easily do it. Then you can understand the difference between iPod and other music players. When I use the iPod for first time I faced many problems. I could not use the internet in my iPod. I could not delete song from my iPod. I also could not load new song in my iPod. Then I told my friends about the problems. They suggest me to contact the customer service center. Then I went to the service center and told them to help with ipod problems. They were very co-operative and helped me to solve my problems. Now know how to operate the iPod and have a good idea about the iPod. If anybody asks me to help now I am able to help him
